Resident Services
MB Management Company recognizes the importance of establishing effective working relationships with its residents to enhance communication, facilitate the provision of needed services, and increase tenant satisfaction.
MB Management’s view is that a residential property is far more than a physical structure. Real estate management services focused exclusively on lease management and physical maintenance, although important, represent an incomplete effort. Each property we manage is a social and community setting with a life and pulse of its own.
MB Management has been actively involved in the development and administration of resident services programs at many properties across the country. The goal of our Resident Service Program is to assist residents in maintaining their housing, and their independence, by obtaining necessary services.
All of our staff members have been trained in resident services and receive follow up training on a regular basis.
