Quality Assurance Program

 

Our managed properties are continuously inspected and reviewed to ensure that existing and potential operating issues are being addressed, maintenance service request systems are administered to ensure proper assignment and completion of needed repairs, preventative maintenance schedules are maintained and administered, and landscaping and grounds maintenance schedules are applied.

 

 We have developed a comprehensive Property Quality Assurance Program to ensure that each property’s management practices and maintenance systems are being conducted in accordance with established standards.  This independent review is undertaken by a Quality Assurance Team comprised of MB Management administrative and maintenance personnel managing other MB properties.

 

A complete schedule is arranged providing for the annual quality assurance reviews of each property.  Using an extensive reporting review checklist system, property conditions and recommendations for corrective action follow up are also identified.

 

This quality assurance system has been instrumental in enabling us to achieve excellent MassHousing Property Management Review (PMR) ratings on our MassHousing property portfolio and Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC) inspection ratings for our HUD assisted portfolio.
