Pine Oaks Village is owned by Mid-Cape Church Homes and has been managed by MB Management since the initial phase was developed in 1980.  Phase I & II  is a 98 unit elderly Section 8 property located on John Nelson Way in Harwich, Massachusetts.  Phase III  is a 65 unit elderly PRAC 220 property located on Leighton's Lane, also  in Harwich.
