PAM PARMAKIAN, Senior Property Manager

Ms. Parmakian has been a Cape Codder for over 25 years and during this time has been worked in a variety of businesses and volunteer positions. Prior to joining the MB Management team Pam was the property manager for a for-profit affordable housing development company and oversaw a portfolio of 150 units.  During that time, she successfully completed training with Spectrum and Quadel for tax credit compliance.  Pam is a Massachusetts certified real estate appraiser and formerly a successful business manager for several  Cape Cod guest houses.

Her volunteer work includes coordinating fund raising events for a variety of non-profits, serving as a member of the local board of Selectman, chairing the Board of Assessors and serving as a Commissioner of the Housing Authority.

JANET M. SMITH, Senior Property Manager

Ms. Smith is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire and holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration.  She is currently responsible for the oversight of MB’s New Hampshire and Maine portfolios.  She has a thorough knowledge of affordable housing including the low income tax credit programs, Section 8 housing assistance, and the HOME program.  She has also successfully completed affordable housing trainings with Spectrum, Elizabeth Moreland, and other distinguished training firms.

Prior to joining MB, Ms. Smith held property management positions with the Dover Housing Authority and Housing Management Resources.  She also served on the Select Board and as Director of Welfare for the Town of Newfields, New Hampshire. 

VERNE CLOW, Technical Services Specialist

Mr. Clow is a graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology and obtained a degree in Contracting and Construction from Syracuse University.  Prior to his employment with MB Management Company in 1981, Mr. Clow worked in the heavy construction industry and served as construction representative for various owners in large multi-million dollar hospital and publicly funded projects.

Since 1981, Mr. Clow has effectively represented MB Management Company in support of over 40 million dollars of new construction and major capital improvement projects ensuring successful performance of goals while meeting the practical requirements for minimum interruption of resident services and maximizing resident satisfaction and retention.
