Each of the relationships established with our non-profit owners has been closely collaborative and has enabled us to gain a first hand appreciation of the organization’s objectives for the property. This relationship has enabled us to provide our best advice in respect to meeting the operating and physical improvement needs of each property, as well as keeping the boards informed of financial, legal and regulatory requirements.
