Promoting A Service Attitude
Residents generally equate their degree of satisfaction with a property based on the prompt, responsive, and caring service they receive.
A positive attitude is a crucial ingredient in meeting the objectives of each property. MB Management emphasizes a “service attitude” among all members of our property management team as much as it emphasizes enhancement of their technical skills.
MB employees are strongly encouraged to become active within their communities, and are frequently allowed to volunteer their time during their regularly scheduled workday.
In addition to working with non-profit local housing agencies, MB employees and residents have made a difference in their communities by volunteering in homeless shelters, preparing meals at soup kitchens, organizing fund and material drives for various events, participating in local community programs, and raising awareness of specific community needs. |
