MB Management Company recognizes the importance of establishing effective working relationships with its residents to enhance communication, facilitate the provision of needed services, and increase tenant satisfaction.
Real estate management services focused exclusively on lease management and physical maintenance, although important, represent an incomplete effort.
MB Management’s view is that a residential property is far more than a physical structural. It is a social and community setting with a life and pulse of its own. It is a setting in which we need to continuously play an active role in order to promote the long term stability of our managed properties.
MB Management has been actively involved in the development and administration of resident services programs at many of its properties across the country. The goal of our Resident Service Program is to assist residents in maintaining their housing, and their independence, by obtaining necessary services.
Individual service plans are created for residents to enable them to make effective use of such services as transportation, day care, homemaking, and home health services with minimal anxiety. All of our staff members have been trained in resident services and receive follow up training on a regular basis. We work closely with residents to coordinate recreational, educational, wellness and other programs. Many Resident Service Coordinators also provide benefits by coordinating additional services with third party providers.
