Resident Satisfaction
The foundation of the MB approach is the belief that each of our properties is a community. Our staff members have been instrumental in creating a “community” in the truest sense of the term, one which our residents overwhelmingly describe as their “home.”
MB surveys residents annually in order to ascertain their views, and to identify features or activities which they may like, dislike, or wish to participate in in the future.
Based on the extremely high response rate to these surveys, we feel that the results accurately indicate our residents' high level of satisfaction with our professional staff and the MB community in which they reside.
