MB Management manages an historic, former school building in the Acushnet Heights section of New Bedford for an innovative mixed-use development. This project was developed by Women's Institute for Housing and Economic Development and combines a community center with 12 units of affordable housing. The community center houses adolescent, after school, education and family support programs and other services geared towards tenants and the surrounding neighborhood.
