MB Management Company manages the Grinnell Mansion Congregate Home, a 17 unit Section 8 property owned by Interchurch Council of New Bedford and Waterfront Historical Art League of New Bedford (WHALE).  Funding is provided by the New Bedford Housing Authority.

Congregate housing provides a shared living environment, which combines housing, case management, housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, transportation coordination, personal care, and community meals, for older adults.
