The one-bedroom apartments are approximately 800 square feet, with parking, on-site laundry.

HEAT IS INCLUDED. The rent is $679/month.

Some income restrictions do apply:

      1 person income limit: $32,580

      2 person income limit: $37,260 3 person income limit: $41,880

      First month’s rent and one month security is required.
