Mr. Clow is a graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology and obtained a degree in Contracting and Construction from Syracuse University. Prior to his employment with MB Management Company in 1981, Mr. Clow worked in the heavy construction industry and served as construction representative for various owners in large multi-million dollar hospital and publicly funded projects. Since 1981, Mr. Clow has effectively represented MB Management Company in support of over 40 million dollars of new construction and major capital improvement projects ensuring successful performance of goals while meeting the practical requirements for minimum interruption of resident services and maximizing resident satisfaction and retention.
