Ms. Bidstrup,  has been involved in real estate and real estate management for over 15 years.  She has been a Certified Property manager since 1987.  She also holds a real estate license in Connecticut, is a Certified Assisted Housing Manager, and Site Compliance Specialist.  She has been successful in receiving federal grants in excess of $200,000 for drug elimination efforts.  Ms. Bidstrup’s background includes managing various portfolios in both Massachusetts and Connecticut, including co-operative and conventional, state and government assisted family and elderly housing.
