Mr. Rioux is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts/Dartmouth and the University of Rhode Island with a Masters Degree in Political Science with a concentration in Public Administration.  Prior to joining MB Management Company, Mr. Rioux was Senior Vice President of Property Management with Claremont Management Company, and Director of Administration for the public accounting firm of Hodgson & Petitti, Inc.  He formerly served as Director of Management, Development and Evaluation for the City of New Bedford, Massachusetts, coordinating capital improvement and housing improvement programs.

Mr. Rioux is responsible for the development of management operating policies and procedures for, property security, insurance administration, risk management, energy conservation, utility purchasing, and resident relations.
