Ms. Sanson is a graduate of William Smith College and holds a Master’s Degree in English.  She comes to MB with more than a decade of experience in the field of affordable housing, including work at Housing Assistance Corporation (HAC), the largest administrator and developer of affordable housing opportunities for Cape Cod and the Islands. As the Director of Leased Housing for HAC, Ms. Sanson administered more than 800 subsidies. As HAC's Director of Resource Development, she also  secured more than $1 million annually from public and private sources to support agency programs. Ms. Sanson was also a Commissioner at the Wellfleet Housing Authority.
