Mr.
Baptista is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Pre-Law. Prior to joining MB in 1997, Mr. Baptista held several positions in the MassHousing’s
Asset Management Division where he was actively involved in recapitalization,
refinancing, and its disposition of mixed income developments. He is a Certified Property Manager and licensed real estate broker.
Mr. Baptista is responsible for analyzing the opportunities for various available financing alternatives to increase the return on their investment and formulating recommendations concerning the most feasible and profitable courses of action.
