Marketing and Leasing

 

The successful promotion of each managed property so as to attract new residents and sustain renewal is of continuing importance to MB Management.

 

We provide continuing training for our property managers and leasing agents in the area of market evaluation and assessment in order to enhance the competitive position for each of our managed properties. 

 

Our development of market evaluation and training programs is of significant benefit as we work closely with property managers in structuring specific property marketing programs that are based upon an assessment of each property’s demographics, economic condition, resident profile, comparative and internal property assessment.  A specially designed market plan for the promotion of each property is developed based upon a consideration of these factors.

 

In conjunction with the marketing effort, we conduct continuing education to provide property managers with effective and workable leasing strategies and techniques.  In addition, our property staff receive training in the areas of property security, supervisory skills, landscaping and resident relations; areas which significantly contribute to each property’s marketing appeal.

In an ongoing effort to ensure that all property marketing procedures and activities are conducted in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, MB Management provides systematic training to property managers and leasing personnel in the areas of Fair Housing, Section 504, and ADA compliance procedures as well as systematically applied procedures associated with the careful screening and selection of residents.

In addition to ensuring compliance, such training is intended to minimize the possibility of legal claims alleging Fair Housing law violations which can result in costly legal defense expenses and awards.
